Evergreen Passport Print grew out of a real print shop workflow. Preparing passport photos for an older HP Photosmart meant arranging the same images by hand, again and again. This tool turns a customer photo into one ready-to-print 4 × 6 sheet, so the operator can serve customers faster.

About this tool
Do customer photos leave this device?
No. Cropping and sheet generation happen in the browser. Photos are cleared when you start a new customer or reload the page.
How should I print the sheet?
Save the JPG, copy it to a USB drive, and choose one photo per page on 4 × 6 paper in the printer. The JPG is already the complete sheet.
What if the printed size is slightly off?
Use Settings / Calibration to save a test sheet. Measure its rectangles, then adjust the horizontal and vertical scale corrections for your printer.
